Ocean Propertyhas introduced measures to prevent the COVID-19 virus both within and outside its projects, including office buildings, project sales offices, headquarters, and affiliated companies. The company has increased cleaning protocols in all areas using a disinfectant solution that is 99% effective, set up hand sanitizer stations, and strictly screened employees, customers, and visitors by measuring body temperature. They are fully cooperating with government initiatives and promoting Social Distancing to reduce risks and instill greater confidence in customers and residents.

Mr. Nopphong Priphanpachonpisut Managing Director of Ocean Property Co., Ltd. a comprehensive quality real estate developer, stated that due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Thailand and the government's temporary closure of high-risk locations from March 22 to April 12, 2020, Ocean Property is committed to the health and safety of employees, customers, residents, and all stakeholders interacting with the company's various locations. Therefore, the company has implemented measures to address the COVID-19 outbreak both internally and externally across its projects, office buildings, project sales offices, and headquarters.

For residential project measures, such as the O2 Condominium in Ploenchit, Bangkok, the San Marino project in Jomtien, Pattaya, the Ocean Portofino project in Jomtien, Pattaya, and the Ocean Residence in Mittraphap, Khon Kaen, as well as the Ocean Marina Yacht Club and Marina, and Ocean Tower 1 and 2 office buildings, cleaning measures have been established for common areas and frequently touched surfaces, such as door handles, glass, lift buttons, and seating, using a 99% disinfectant every two hours. Disinfectant is sprayed in common areas, and visitors to various projects are screened with temperature scanners, receiving stickers upon passing the screening. Hand sanitizer stations are set up at all entry and exit points, and all employees and staff must wear masks while on duty and have their temperature checked once a day.

In the sales offices of the Ocean Portofino project in Jomtien, Pattaya, the Ocean Grand Residence in Mittraphap, Khon Kaen, and the Ocean Town in Ratsada, the sales offices are cleaned with a 99% disinfectant before opening and after each customer visit. Hand sanitizer stations are also available for customers, and staff in the sales offices have their temperature checked every six hours, wash their hands or use hand sanitizer at least every hour, and wear masks while working in the sales office. Additionally, measures to communicate prevention and cleanliness protocols and updates on the COVID-19 situation are being promoted to instill confidence in customers through both project communication channels and online platforms.

Furthermore, employees at the headquarters and affiliated companies of Ocean Property have been instructed not to travel abroad or to other provinces unless absolutely necessary and approved. Meetings with various departments, both internal and external, have transitioned to remote technology or online platforms, and plans for working from home have been prepared by installing software systems for all employees to work from home if the government escalates the situation. The company is fully cooperating with the government and promoting Social Distancing to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and enhance confidence among customers and residents.

“Ocean Property is continuously monitoring the situation, as well as adhering to preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19 to ensure the safety of all employees and customers, while also instilling confidence in those who come to use our services,” said Mr. Nopphong.
